The Irvine Estate BnB project restores a historic farmhouse by the Irvine River into a modern BnB. The landscape design honours the property’s legacy and riverside setting while enhancing its function and timeless appeal. Perennial gardens, a lawn, and a new patio create space to gather near the home, while a recessed flagstone path leads to a fire pit by the pond.

Working alongside Centrix Building Group, this historic farmhouse was transformed into a luxury Airbnb stay.
