A collaborative process from initial concept to final presentation

01. Initial Consultation

Every project begins with a detailed site visit and consultation to understand your vision, goals, and timeline. We conduct a thorough site analysis, evaluating topography, vegetation, structures, and other key features. This step helps us align our design with both your needs and the site’s unique characteristics, while also identifying potential challenges such as zoning, environmental factors, or accessibility. By gathering this information early, we can create a strategic plan that maximizes opportunities, addresses limitations, and ensures a smooth process from concept to completion

02. Visualization

After the initial consultation, we transition into conceptual design and visualization. Through a combination of hand sketches, digital collages, and advanced 3D rendering, we create visuals that capture the essence of your envisioned space. This stage is an interactive, collaborative process refining ideas together to ensure the design aligns with your goals and vision.

03. Costing & Contract Admin

Once we visualize your dreams, we move into cost estimation. The cost estimation phase is not just about crunching numbers, it's a financial roadmap to align on goals, prioritize investments, and anticipate potential challenges during construction. We aim to be transparent in this phase to ensure that projects are grounded in fiscal realism while still being creative and aspirational.

Once we finalize a design and costing, we move into contract administration. We generate computer aided drawings (CAD) drawings—including site plans and detail drawings for precise construction. We work with you to create a payment and build schedule that aligns with your budget and goals.

04. Construction

We then begin the construction phase with demolition and removals. Throughout the build, we work hard to stay up-to-date with industry standards and emerging practices and materials, sourcing locally extracted materials and Canadian manufactured products, when possible. We keep our job sites safe and clean throughout the entire construction phase.

05. Presentation & Protection

The finishing touches and presentation of your landscape project are crucial in bringing out the full beauty and functionality of your outdoor space. Every detail including the delicate placement of flowers or the artful arrangement of stones and pathways is meticulously cared for ensuring its longevity and attractiveness.

We work on a project-to-project basis to build a wintering plan to protect your investment and to keep your new space functional, beautiful, and protected for many years to come.

  • We provide full-service landscape design, construction, and installation. Our design tools include concept sketches, collages, 3D visualizations, site plans, elevations. Our installations include gardens, patios, outdoor kitchens, shade structures, retaining walls, water features, pools & spas, lighting, and stormwater management.

  • On a project-by-project basis we can provide initial install maintenance and wintering services to ensure your landscape stays healthy and beautiful.
